Skilcon was established in 2015 with the vision of providing construction and project management services within the domestic and commercial sectors. 

Since its inception, Skilcon's philosophy has been to work closely with Clients and Designers to achieve a mutually beneficial Project outcome.

Our success is based on our ability to undertake complex tasks which involve difficult structural elements finished in refined architectural detail. Our appetite for detail and our background in commercial and domestic construction methods culminate to define who we are.

As registered Domestic and Commercial builders we strive to provide our Clients a quality, timely and efficient product. 

Our early involvement in the design phase ensures a smooth, transparent building experience.

As project managers we are able to facilitate all aspects of project delivery from cost planning, design coordination, value management, consultant liason and project delivery.

Skilcon is also active in the acquisition and development of projects in conjunction with its project management and construction arms.

Director

Andrew is a graduate of Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Property and Construction. Upon completion of his degree, Andrew went on to work with a number of commercial builders, working his way up from a co-ordinator to a site manager, leading the delivery of many successful projects.

Over the past two decades of working for commercial builders, Andrew attained experience in high rise apartment construction, basement dig-outs, factory construction and working with and restoring heritage sites. Andrew moved on to be the co-founder and director of Skilcon, employing his knowledge and experience to their projects as construction director.

Director

George graduated from Bachelor of Property and Construction at the University of Melbourne and has since obtained vast experience in commercial construction through his employment at numerous first tier construction companies and through his own property development and project management. 

George's experience is spread between multi-storey residential and commercial construction within industrial, retail, health and public buildings.
